Prime Property Management & Investments, LLC established in 2005 to aid mom and pop real estate investors contain their costs through debt restructuring and property management. Our CEO used the knowledge he learned acquiring multiple projects in which affordable housing is provided and/or managed across 4 states.
Recognizing the power of blockchain technology, PPMANDI's strategy caught a new vision to not only turn profit in ways which help the community, but organizing the re-investment of profits in more socially impactful ways. Planning in projects ranging from O & G field and gold mine production to real estate began to be performed bring over two decades of experience in negotiations, trade, real estate, and property management to bare. Our leadership has studied the blockchain phenomenon and discovered the elements which make putting tangible, real world assets on the blockchain a reality while ensuring clear title of the property. After analyzing the problem, we've come up with a solution we retain as a trade secret giving us the initiative in a space the broader market is still developing.
